Does Nova actually take actions, or just talk about them?

It takes actions. Every tool call hits the exact same endpoints your dashboard uses — products are really created, orders are really refunded. For destructive operations, Nova stages the action behind an approval gate so you confirm before anything runs.

How long do MCP tokens last? How do I revoke one?

MCP tokens are valid for one year. To revoke every token in one click, change your admin password — all tokens minted before that moment are invalidated immediately. You can also delete individual tokens from Settings → AI Connector.

Can the AI see other merchants' data?

No. Every token is scoped to a single store ID. Tool calls authenticated with your token can only read and write within your store — there's no shared pool, no cross-tenant access.

Which clients support the AI Connector?

Anything that speaks the Model Context Protocol over SSE. We've tested Claude Desktop, Claude Code and Cursor — the same JSON snippet works in all three. New MCP-aware clients should plug in without changes.

Is there a limit on how much I can use Nova?

Token usage is metered per plan. Free plans get a monthly Nova allowance; paid plans get larger pools or unlimited usage depending on tier. Check your billing page for the current allowance on your account.
