Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancel anytime. Here's how cancellations and refunds work for LaunchMyStore plans.

1. Scope of This Policy
This policy applies to subscription plans and Lifetime Deals purchased directly from LaunchMyStore, operated by TradeFusion Technologies Pvt Ltd. It does not apply to products you purchase from individual merchant stores built on LaunchMyStore — those purchases are governed by each merchant's own refund and return policy, and you should contact the merchant directly.
2. Free Trial
Every new account starts with a 7-day free trial — no credit card required. You will never be charged during the trial, and nothing happens automatically when it ends: you only pay if you choose to subscribe to a paid plan.
3. Cancelling Your Subscription
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings — no phone calls or emails required. When you cancel:
- Your plan remains active until the end of your current billing period
- You will not be charged again after cancellation
- Your store data is retained for 30 days after cancellation, after which it may be permanently deleted — you can request a data export before then
4. Refunds for Subscription Plans
We review refund requests on a case-by-case basis. To be eligible, requests must be submitted within 7 days of the payment date. Refunds are generally not available for:
- Partially used billing periods
- Periods after significant use of the platform
- Renewal charges where cancellation was not made before the renewal date

5. Refunds for Lifetime Deals
Lifetime Deals come with a 15-day refund window from the date of purchase. To be eligible, you must submit your refund request at least 24 hours before this window closes. After the 15-day period, Lifetime Deal purchases are non-refundable.
6. Refund Processing Time
Once a refund is approved, it is processed within 3–5 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the amount to appear in your account. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
