Terms and Conditions
[Store name] · Effective September 15, 2026
1. Overview
These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") govern your use of [website URL] (the "Site") and any purchase you make from [Store name] ("we", "us" or "our"). They take effect on September 15, 2026.
By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Refund Policy and our Shipping Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Site or place an order. By ordering, you confirm that you are 18 or older, and that the information you give us is accurate and complete.
3. Products, pricing and availability
We try to describe and photograph our products accurately, but colours, sizes and details may vary slightly from what you see on screen. All prices are shown in the currency indicated at checkout and, unless stated otherwise, exclude shipping and any applicable taxes, which are added before you pay.
We may change prices, product details or availability at any time without notice. If we discover a pricing or description error on an item you have ordered, we will contact you and give you the choice of confirming the order at the correct price or cancelling it for a full refund.
4. Orders and payment
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it, and a contract is formed, when we send you a confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel any order, for example if an item is out of stock, if we suspect fraud, or if the order breaches these Terms. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we will refund you in full.
Payment is taken at the time of order using the methods shown at checkout. You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method you provide. We may run fraud checks before accepting an order and may ask you for additional verification.
5. Shipping and delivery
Delivery times shown on the Site are estimates and are not guaranteed. Full details of processing times, shipping costs and what happens if a package is lost or damaged are in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Risk of loss passes to you when the order is delivered to the address you gave us. Title passes to you once we have received payment in full.
6. Returns and refunds
Our Refund Policy explains when you can return an item, how to do it and how refunds are processed. It forms part of these Terms.
7. Discount codes and promotions
Discount codes and promotions are subject to the conditions stated when they are offered, cannot usually be combined, have no cash value and may be withdrawn at any time. We may cancel orders that misuse a code, including codes that were not intended for you.
8. Accounts
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for everything that happens under your account. Tell us immediately if you think your account has been accessed without permission. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms.
9. Intellectual property
Everything on the Site, including text, images, logos, product designs and software, belongs to [Store name] or our licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce or use any of it for commercial purposes without our written permission.
10. Reviews and user content
If you post a review, comment or other content on the Site, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, display and adapt it in connection with our business. You confirm that your content is your own, is honest, and does not infringe anyone's rights or contain anything unlawful or offensive. We may remove content at our discretion.
11. Prohibited uses
You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose; to interfere with its security or operation; to scrape, copy or harvest data from it; to place fraudulent orders; to impersonate anyone; or to upload viruses or malicious code. We may block access to the Site if you breach these rules.
12. Third-party links and tools
The Site may contain links to third-party websites or use third-party tools (for example, payment processors and shipping carriers). We are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of third parties, and your use of them is at your own risk.
13. Disclaimer of warranties
The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties, express or implied, that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure. Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory rights you have as a consumer, including rights relating to faulty goods.
14. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, [Store name] will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, including lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Site or any product. Our total liability to you for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us for the order the claim relates to. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, such as liability for death, personal injury or fraud.
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify [Store name] and our staff against any claim, loss or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
16. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of [your country or state], without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
Any dispute arising out of these Terms or your use of the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [your country or state]. Before starting a claim, we ask that you contact us at [contact email] so we can try to resolve the issue informally.
17. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms at any time by posting the new version on the Site. The date at the top shows when they were last changed. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the new Terms. The Terms in force when you place an order apply to that order.
18. General
If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce any right does not waive it. These Terms, together with the policies they refer to, are the entire agreement between you and us about the Site.
